‘Earth Notes’

My ‘Notes’ are stand-alone pieces both individually and in groups. Instead of expressing my marks on my canvas, I am sculpting my canvas so the canvas quite literally becomes my mark, my ‘Note’. These can be freely suspended in space, as well as hung on a wall to mimic a graphical musical score. In this way, my Notes can also be played or danced like music.
