‘KAT walk’ – A sensory wandering in nature

I invite you on a creative journey. A sensory wandering out into nature and into your inner world.

We begin our journey in the studios, where I will share with you my personal approach to drawing as a way of encountering the world.  We will explore notions of how to use drawing to record the experiential rather than the visual. 

We will then move outdoors. With the UNESCO World Heritage town of Rjukan and Hardangervidda National Mountain Park as our backdrop we continue our meanderings fully immersed and present in our environment. 

Using sound, light, shadow and movement as our focus, and experimental drawing as our tool, we will use art to explore nature's transient moments, and how they affect us over time.

 No previous drawing experience is necessary.
