I use drawing as a way of encountering the world. As a process of experience, recording the experiential rather than the visual, I explore ways of using the mark and the body as a translative device.
My paintings are about making visible (that which is unseen). To visually express what I cannot find the words to say. Sensing. Being present. I practice art as a way to connect with myself. Art as a language, expressing emotion in a visible and tangible form.
